Shipping & Delivery

For purchases in the UK we deliver by recorded delivery with Everi which will typically be 2-5 days. For global purchases outside of the UK Everi has a lead time of 7 - 10 days, but do mindful of potential delays during busy holiday seasons.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link. This way you can track via the Everi tracking tool your order all the way to your home.

We ship to destinations across UK, Europe, Americas, Middle East and Asia. We are passionate about bringing our designs to wherever you are in the world.

Free! We made a decision to absorb the shipping fee as nobody likes to pay extra on top of the price you see.

Returns & Packaging

We are eliminating plastic from all our packaging. All our paper and packaging is certified recycled and minimal waste

Once you pay for an order, it may not be possible to cancel the order after being dispatched and in transit. Please contact customer service on hello@pindazzle.com where payment can be refunded and we can organise returns thereafter.

We have a 30 day return policy. Simply email customer service at hello@pindazzle.com and we'll send you our return address and provide a full refund (subject to our Terms and Conditions set out on sale).

Personalisation

Yes! Reach out to our customer service team at hello@pindazzle.com and we can discuss personalisation options. That can be swapping out colour beads, to making a made to measure design!

All our products are handmade by our artisans. As a result not every brooch will be an exact replica. You can contact us on hello@pindazzle.com where we can discuss any updates and alterations

Yes absolutely - all our brooches are handmade from scratch. Our artisans sew every single bead and stitch every brooch to completion.

Payments & AOB

We currently support the following payment providers: Mastercard/Visa (Credit and Debit Card), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

We recommend once a month wiping with a light dust cloth to ensure your brooch is well maintained

We use only the highest quality materials including Swarovski beads and Italian leather.
